Order Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing your order after payment, excluding weekends and holidays. If you are on a tight deadline, we recommend you upgrade to a quicker shipping speed or e-mailing us directly about the urgency of your order. Once we are able to scale our business and connect with fulfillment partners, we plan to greatly reduce our processing time.  Thank you for your understanding.  

Pre-Orders & Fira X Select

Please allow 8-12 weeks excluding holidays for the processing of your order after payment for regular pre-orders and 8-12 weeks after the funding date closes for Fira X Select Orders (These are made to order specifically based on the order count at the end of the funding period).  Thank you for your understanding.  

Shipping Information

The shipping option you choose does not account for handling or processing times. The Delivery Partner's estimated speed and service is from the time the order leaves our inventoryNOT the overall amount of time it will take to arrive at your door from when you placed the order.

When will I receive my order?

Regular Order Processing(5-10 Business Days) + Delivery Time(Selected Shipping Speed) = When You Receive Your Order 

International: Please allow 10-20 additional business days for international orders. Please note: Customs' inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.

We cannot refund or reimburse shipping costs due to late, delayed, or lost delivery.  Once we hand off the package, we have no control over what the delivery carrier does.    


Do you ship Internationally?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Yes we ship worldwide. There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Fira X Wear is not responsible for any of these charges. The shipping charge only covers the shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can hang on to your package for reasons beyond our control.

Officially Licensed Products may be limited to specific regions based on our contracts with official licensors.  (Ex. A Fira X IP A collection may only be available in North America or the USA)


We are not responsible for replacing products marked as Delivered. If you have any issues or cannot find your delivery, please inquire with your local mailing service or friends, family, and neighbors who may have picked it up in your stead.  We will not refund any packages marked as delivered and do not have any control over packages once they are being delivered.  

Products Returned to us due to a Failed Delivery  
We are no longer paying for shipping twice on failed deliveries.  If you put in your address or apartment number incorrectly and your package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying for shipping and processing fees($15 fee to ship from our business address to shipping address + Shipping amount from us to your corrected address).  Please e-mail us at info@firaxwear.com if you'd like us to re-ship your package.  You will need to pay $15+shipping via PayPal for us to re-send your package.
