Though all sales are final, we want each and every one of our customers to enjoy their purchase.  If you have any issues with your product or are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to the policies below.  If your question is not answered below, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@firaxwear.com.  You will receive a response within 72 hours, excluding non-business days and holidays.  

Refunds 
All sales are final and we do not provide refunds on any sale.  We do provide store credit in the form of a gift card for any defective or damaged items reported within 7 business days of delivery.  In order to be eligible for store credit, descriptions and pictures must be provided to info@firaxwear.com within 7 business days of the delivered item(s). Store credit will be given in the amount of the sale price with shipping, taxes, and fees deducted.  You can always contact us for any refund, return, exchange, store credit, etc. questions at info@firaxwear.com.

Exchanges & Returns 
We do not process exchanges or returns for any sale.  Please note that sizing issues are not included in the defective or damaged categories.  Please check the size chart before your purchase.
